Nodiux is a web-based tool for Social Network Analysis designed to visualize and analyze data from the Bluesky social network and user-uploaded datasets.
Beta Notice: Please note that Nodiux is currently in a Public Beta phase. The Service may contain bugs, errors, and other issues that could cause system failures or data loss. We do not guarantee that the Service will be stable or error-free.
To use certain features of Nodiux, you must register for an account. Authentication is managed securely by Google Firebase, which encrypts and stores your credentials, while account data is hosted on Google Firestore.
While we rely on these industry-standard secure services, you remain responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You agree not to misuse the Service. Specifically, you agree not to:
Your Data: You retain all rights and ownership of the datasets you upload to Nodiux. We claim no intellectual property rights over the material you provide to the Service.
Platform Data: Data retrieved from third-party platforms (e.g., Bluesky) is subject to the terms and conditions of those platforms. Nodiux acts solely as a tool for analysis and visualization.
Nodiux relies on the availability of the Bluesky API (AT Protocol). We cannot guarantee the continued availability of this API. If Bluesky changes, restricts, or discontinues access to their API, Nodiux may cease to function partially or completely without liability.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NODIUX AND ITS OWNER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (A) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE; (B) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the Service, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Milan, Italy.
We may modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through our Service or by other means. Your continued use of the Service after a change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
